The Furnished House Sessions is another album in a day challenge scored to recall what has yet to be the present. Occupancy at the Toledo compound will soon draw down, so why not cook and fuck up the living room. Are the acoustics altered by the unwanted brown couch? It's a nice couch...LUAU. I ain't fuckin' with y'all. Total time spent on the music was less than the time it took to make a jalapeno cheddar lime crisp topped with pickled eggplant, kefir creme fraiche, and cracked freekah. I translates to nah. Coupled with constant distractions (there are baby birds to feed and shit...look at the album art) the album finished up in just under 4 hours. We don't even need a day.
